Sallie Lu

Sallie Lu is currently the Director of NAMR Operations Strategic Initiatives at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). They have held various roles within BCG, including Senior Manager and Manager in Global Operational Innovations, where they drove large-scale change transformations. Sallie has also worked at Accenture as a Technology Consultant and contributed as a Mechanical Engineer and STEM Mentor at Georgia Tech Research Institute. They started their career at Celtaxsys and Coca-Cola Refreshments, where they developed essential skills in project management and engineering. Sallie is pursuing both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology.
