Samuel Castillo

Samuel Castillo is a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with extensive experience in strategic consulting and financial analysis. Since January 2019, Samuel has led significant initiatives, including zero-based budgeting for a food company resulting in savings of approximately US$42M, conducting buy-side due diligence for fintech acquisitions, and formulating strategic agendas for airport operations. Prior to this role, Samuel served as a Consultant at BCG, optimizing pricing strategies and developing growth tactics across various sectors, including aviation and entertainment. Samuel's earlier experience includes a Private Equity Analyst position at Investar Financial and a Logistics Internship at FEMSA Comercio. Samuel holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, alongside completing Level I of the CFA Program.
