Shelley Ma is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in treasury management and strategic financial consulting. Currently serving as Treasury Director at Boston Consulting Group since August 2021, Shelley leads Treasury Transformation and Technology initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement and value delivery. Prior roles include Senior Treasury Consultant at Accenture, where significant achievements included post-M&A treasury integrations and working capital optimization for various global firms. As Treasury Manager for Linde, Shelley played a pivotal role in establishing the Asia Pacific Treasury Center, enhancing cash management and implementing cutting-edge treasury technologies. Earlier experience at Sony involved developing FX hedging capabilities and leading treasury operations for key entities. Shelley holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Finance from Central University of Finance and Economics.
