Shivin Uppal

Shivin Uppal is a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group since July 2022, previously serving as an Associate. Prior experience includes a significant role at Penn Engineering from May 2019 to May 2022, where Shivin acted as the Head Teaching Assistant for the introductory programming class, overseeing a team of 50 TAs and also held various TA positions in software engineering and algorithm analysis. Additionally, Shivin contributed as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services during the summer of 2021, focused on developing new rules for Python with the CodeGuru team. Shivin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics from The Wharton School and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a high school diploma from Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram.
