Tara Mabena

Tara Mabena is an experienced professional with a diverse background in consultancy, inclusion strategy, and project management. Currently, Tara serves as a Manager for Global Teaming at BCG X, following a tenure as a Senior Consultant at EY. Additionally, Tara has held leadership roles such as Inclusion and Belonging Strategy Lead and Project Manager at Santander UK. Prior experience includes working as a High Risk Coordinator for the London Breast Screening Service at NHS and in a Human Resources capacity at Sky. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from The University of Manchester and completed secondary education at St Anne's Catholic High School for Girls in Enfield.
