Tomohisa Endo

Tomohisa Endo currently serves as a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since February 2022. Prior to BCG, Tomohisa held the position of Manager at Bain & Company from September 2017 to January 2022. Tomohisa's career began at MUFG, where roles included Vice President overseeing CIB Planning for the Americas and company-wide projects, as well as various Manager and Associate positions focused on business strategy for Japanese blue-chip companies, structured finance transactions, and corporate banking relationships. Tomohisa holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Waseda Graduate School and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from Waseda University.
