Vladimir Lukic

Vladimir Lukić is a member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods, Operations, and People & Organization practices. He is focused on actively shaping client's advanced analytics, IoT, and digital agendas.

Since joining BCG in 2006, Vladimir has focused much of his work on strategy, operations, and organization. His case experience spans a wide range of industries, such as industrial goods, transportation and logistics, and technology. He is a coleader of BCG’s digital agenda, and has helped found and grow BCG's advanced analytics and geoanalytics capabilities.

Vladimir’s client engagements have included a number of strategic planning, transformation, and organization change projects—from developing growth strategies for large diversified industrial conglomerates and executing complex postmerger-integration efforts, to running multiyear digital and advanced-analytics transformation efforts for leading companies in many different industries.

He is also a member of BCG's GAMMA team, which creates competitive advantages for organizations by unleashing the power of signals hidden deep within large and complex data sets. BCG's GAMMA team conceptualizes, builds, and deploys advanced analytic solutions that can transform the trajectories of organizations in 12 to 24 months.

Before joining BCG, Vladimir was at Gisdata in Zagreb, Croatia, where he worked on business development across southeastern Europe and on implementation of complex IT solutions.
