Paul Finch

Paul Finch is an experienced leader in union and board governance, currently serving as President of the BC General Employees' Union (BCGEU) since June 2011. Finch also holds multiple significant positions, including Director on the Board of Directors for BCI and Chair of the Board of Directors for Autism Canada and the Affordable BC Housing Society. Additionally, Finch is the National Vice President for the National Union of Public and General Employees (NUPGE) and Vice President for the BC Federation of Labour, both starting in June 2024. Previous roles include Executive Vice President at BCGEU and various board memberships, such as Board Trustee for the Public Service Pension Plan. Finch's educational background includes studies at Camosun College from 2002 to 2005.
