Chris Songy

Chris Songy is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and site coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at BCH Mechanical, LLC since June 2010, Chris has previously worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Bovis Lend Lease, where responsibilities included managing document control on a $150 million hospital project and overseeing site construction coordination. Chris also owned and operated Shearwater Construction LLC, specializing in home and multi-family renovations. Earlier roles included Superintendent and Project Manager at Atlantic American Construction and Superintendent at Diaz Fritz Isabel, with notable projects including significant remodels and renovations. Chris holds a BS in Building Science from Auburn University and has a robust background in general contracting and team management.
