Katie Shears

Katie Shears has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. Katie began their career in 2009 as a Merchandise Specialist at Rebecca Minkoff. From there, they gained experience as a Sales Intern at Carolina Herrera in 2010 and as a Merchandise Intern at Cynthia Steffe in 2011. Katie then joined Bernard Chaus, Inc as an Account Executive for the Vince Camuto brand from June 2011 to March 2015, and later became an Account Executive for the CeCe brand from March 2015 to May 2017. Following that, they served as an Account Executive at Lucky Brand from May 2017 to February 2018, and then became a Senior Account Executive at Sanctuary Clothing from February 2018 to January 2019. Most recently, they have been working at Bernard Chaus, Inc as the Director of Sales for CeCe since January 2019 and was promoted to VP of Sales in February 2022.
