James Ferguson has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. James started in 1998 as a Division Key Account Sales Manager at Nestlé Waters North America, where they were responsible for sales and customer relations for key accounts in the Western Division. James then moved on to become a Market Manager, overseeing the Northern California region and focusing on restoring profitability and growth through acquisitions.

In 2002, James took on the role of Sales and Business Development Manager at Nestlé Waters, leading a team of 35 and implementing the national sales process in Southern California.
