Mike Phelan

Mike Phelan has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Mike began their career in 1994 at Cooper Industries as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they worked until 1997. From 1997 to 2007, Phelan worked at Associated Spring - Milwaukee Division, starting as a Manufacturing Engineer and eventually becoming Division Manager. In 2007, they joined Barnes Group Inc. - Associated Spring as the General Manager of Industrial Operations and later became the General Manager of U.S. & Canadian Operations. Phelan then moved to BCI Burke Company, LLC in 2012, where they initially served as the Vice President of Operations before being promoted to President & CEO in 2014.

Mike Phelan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994. Mike then pursued further education and completed a Master of Science in Engineering Management (MSEM) with a focus on Project Management at the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1998 to 2001.
