Troy Hayden

Troy Hayden is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in corporate finance and management. Currently serving as Manager of Corporate Finance at BCI Minerals since June 2023, Troy assists with fundraising for the Mardie Salt and SOP Project. In addition, Troy holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Prominence Energy Ltd since July 2021 and has been an Independent Consultant since January 2017. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director at Global Oil & Gas Limited until December 2023, Chief Financial Officer at Funky Monkey Bars for part of 2022, and Business Development Manager at Transborders Energy Pty Ltd from June 2019 to December 2022, contributing to the company's innovative Floating LNG solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Director at Tap Oil from 2010 to 2016, IPO Consultant for QR National in 2010, and Interim CFO at First Quantum Minerals LTD in 2009. Troy's extensive career at Woodside Energy spanned from 1996 to 2008, where responsibilities included Corporate Finance Manager and Vice President roles. Troy holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and completed high school at Haileybury College.
