Justin Lelievre

Justin Lelievre is an experienced HR technology professional specializing in Workday and other human capital management systems. Currently serving as Manager of HR Technology at BCI since November 2023, Justin previously held the same role at OMERS from July 2019 to November 2023, in addition to serving as HRIS Lead and Consultant for Digital People Platforms. Prior experience includes management of HR technologies and analytics at MCAP and a senior analyst position at TMX Group, focusing on technologies such as Ceridian Dayforce HCM and Cornerstone OnDemand. Justin possesses certifications in various Workday training courses and holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science with a Minor in Psychology from Carleton University.
