Lea Dubourg-Hrachovec

Lea Dubourg-Hrachovec currently serves as a Board Member at REDEN and as Managing Director, Head of the London office for Infrastructure and Renewable Resources at BCI since June 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Director at Wenita Forest Products Ltd, Airline Group, and The North Australian Pastoral Company Pty Limited, along with serving as Head of Infrastructure, Timberland and Farmland at the Pension Protection Fund. From 2015 to 2019, Lea worked as a Senior Executive at First State Investments and as an Associate at Whitehelm Capital prior to that. Lea began a career in finance as a Corporate Finance Analyst at RTL Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Law from Bucerius Law School and a Master’s in Finance/Business Studies from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, complemented by an L.L.B in International and European Law from the University of the West of England.
