Matthew Watson possesses extensive experience in investment management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Investment Evolution and Research at BCI since January 2017. Prior roles include leadership positions in Small Cap Equities and as a Portfolio Manager at Middlefield, focusing on income-oriented mutual funds and global equities. Matthew's background also includes significant contributions as Vice President at G3 Capital Corp., where attention was on North American equities, and prior experience in investment banking with GMP Securities. A CFA charterholder, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary, complemented by further studies at the Rotterdam School of Management.
