Billy Crutcher has extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Training and Special Projects and Benefits Manager for Hospitals at Benefit Communication Insourcing since April 2015, Billy oversees operations primarily based out of Norton Healthcare while managing hospitals in the Northeast. Previous experience includes a role as Benefit Communication Specialist Supervisor, where Billy led a team of eight and consistently exceeded performance targets. Prior to that, Billy worked as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones and held a position as Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, achieving top revenue performance in Kentucky and receiving multiple customer service awards. Early career experiences include roles in sports management and video coordination at various educational institutions and athletic organizations, culminating in a B.A. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Bowling Green State University.
