Crystal Frazier

Crystal Frazier is an experienced professional with a diverse background in benefits supervision, wellness consulting, and fundraising operations. Currently serving as a Benefits Specialist Supervisor at Benefit Communication Insourcing since May 2018, Crystal has also been an Anti-Aging Wellness and Weight Loss Consultant at Orenda International since 2008, where a focus is placed on utilizing cutting-edge natural research. Prior roles include Seminar Coordinator at Pinnacle Plus Financial and Director of Sales and Operations at ADA Fundraising, a company co-founded by Crystal that supports charitable organizations with sports memorabilia for fundraising. Additionally, Crystal worked as a Practice Representative at Decker Chiropractic Walk-in-Care, P.A., where responsibilities included relationship management and corporate wellness education. Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Clinical/Medical Social Work at The University of Kansas, expected to graduate in May 2025.
