Matthew Metzinger

Matthew Metzinger has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2005. Matthew began their career as a LAN Team Member at Kansas State University's HDS in 2005. In 2007, they became a Computer Operations at Kansas State University's SFA. In 2009, they were a Summer Associate at Lockton Companies. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as an Independent Contractor for West Star Aviation and as a System Engineer for Benefit Communication Insourcing. At Benefit Communication Insourcing, they were a Salesforce Administrator and Developer for a company of about 250 employees. In 2014, they were promoted to a supervisory position overseeing the day to day performance of the Desktop Support staff member. Matthew also became a Senior Salesforce & Systems Developer and Sr. Production Data Operations Analyst at Benefit Communication Insourcing and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, respectively. In their most recent role, they are the Director of Technology Solutions & Security at Benefit Communication Insourcing.

Matthew Metzinger attended Kansas State University from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Business with a field of study in Management Information Systems. Matthew has also obtained multiple certifications, including Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce in November 2019, Certified Administrator from Salesforce in December 2018, Sumo Logic Fundamentals Certified from Sumo Logic in November 2021, Okta Certified Professional from Okta in October 2021, Sumo Logic Administration Certified from Sumo Logic in November 2021, and a Data Security Badge from Salesforce Trailhead.
