Stacy Taylor has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Stacy began their career in 2003 as a Sourcing Specialist at Aerotek Commercial Staffing. In 2005, they took on the role of National Accounts Administrator at Ameri-Force and Career Service Advisor at New Horizons Computer Learning Center. In 2007, Stacy became a Sourcing Coordinator at Concorde Career College. From 2011 to 2012, Stacy worked as a Contract Recruiter at H&R Block (Robert Half) and Silpada Designs (Morgan Hunter). Finally, Stacy held the role of Talent Acquisition Supervisor and Senior Recruiter at Benefit Communication Insourcing from 2012 to present. In this role, they introduced the company's recruiting model and strategies to clients, partnered with internal hiring managers, and implemented a new ATS system.
Stacy Taylor holds a Bachelor's of Science in Management with a Concentration in HR from Baker University, as well as General Studies from Central Florida Community College.
