Rajshekhar Sipoy

Rajshekhar Sipoy has a diverse work experience spanning over a period of multiple years. Rajshekhar started their career as a Software Engineer at Smart Yantra Tech in 2001. Subsequently, they worked as a Software Automation Engineer at Novellus Systems Pvt. Ltd from 2002 to 2003.

In 2005, Rajshekhar joined Sun Microsystems as a Member of Technical Staff, where they were responsible for various components in the J2SE team. Rajshekhar worked on projects related to Java installer, Java Update, and Java Control Panel.

Following their experience at Sun Microsystems, Rajshekhar co-founded Zycomm Innovations Pvt. Ltd in 2007. As a Co-Founder, they provided leadership and management to development teams and successfully delivered around 10 projects and 2 products.

In 2009, Rajshekhar joined BCITS PVT LTD as the Director and Chief Technology Officer. In this role, they were involved in providing end-to-end business solutions to public and private sectors. Rajshekhar led initiatives related to technology and system integration, meter data acquisition, spot billing and revenue management, as well as field and facility management services. BCITS also executed metering, billing, and collection projects for state-owned distribution and supply utilities in sectors such as electricity, water, gas, telecom, and renewable energy.

Rajshekhar's work experience demonstrates their expertise in software engineering, team management, and providing innovative solutions to clients in various industries.

Rajshekhar Sipoy completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and CSE from Gulbarga University, from 1996 to 2000. Rajshekhar then pursued their Master of Science degree in Software Systems from BITS PILANI, from 2002 to 2004.
