Ruth Bello has over 16 years of experience at BCJ Building Services, progressing through various roles from Housekeeper to Director of Client Success & Investment. In the current position, Ruth oversees the Multifamily division, managing staffing, audits, and the overall business direction while empowering employees to meet their goals.
