Chris So

Chris So has over a decade of experience in the gaming and retail sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Casino Games at BCLC since April 2014. In this role, Chris leads a team managing an $80 million budget for casino games across 35 facilities in British Columbia, achieving significant revenue generation. Previous positions at BCLC include Acting Manager and Senior Product Specialist, where Chris successfully developed strategic initiatives for the bingo business and enhanced customer loyalty programs. Prior to BCLC, Chris worked at Best Buy Canada in various merchandise and eCommerce roles, achieving notable success in managing product portfolios and enhancing customer experiences across multiple categories. Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC Sauder School of Business and has also gained experience through internships at UPS and Canfor.
