David Ghotbi - Msc

David Ghotbi is an accomplished professional with a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering and Database Analysis from the University of Bremen and a wealth of experience in business analysis and IT consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at BCLC since April 2023, David focuses on the Finance and Corporate Services Transformation Program, notably the Payroll Modernization Project. As the Founding Director of UpRight IT Consulting Corp. since October 2016, David has been instrumental in designing innovative IT solutions to enhance client business performance. Previous roles include Project Manager at The Answer Company, Senior Information Technology Business Analyst at Smythe LLP, and Senior Business Analyst positions at multiple organizations, including FortisBC and Natural Factors.
