Shane Vincenzi

Shane Vincenzi is a seasoned professional in Indigenous relations and project management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Indigenous Relations at BCLC since October 2022, focusing on decolonizing operations and fostering reconciliation with Indigenous peoples. Prior experience includes managing operations at Sk'atsin Resources LLP and leading business development at the Kamloops Indian Band Development Corporation. Shane's expertise spans multiple industries through roles at Triton Environmental Consultants Ltd. and Golder Construction, where responsibilities included project management and client relationship management. Additional leadership experience was gained at Fort McKay Group of Companies LP, overseeing multiple subsidiaries and managing substantial budgets. Shane holds a Bachelor of Natural Resource Science in Natural Resources Management and Policy from Thompson Rivers University.
