Trina Wamboldt

Trina Wamboldt, MA, CMC, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Organizational Development and Change at BCLC, where Trina leads a team focused on organizational effectiveness and change management since September 2021. Previously, Trina held the position of Community Catalyst as the Executive Director and Social Planning Consultant at Urban Matters CCC from 2014 to August 2021. Additionally, Trina worked at Urban Systems Ltd. for nearly three decades as a Certified Management Consultant and Principal, specializing in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. Trina’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University and various certifications in facilitation and public participation.
