Currently serving as a Service Engineer at BCM Controls since December 2011, Michael has developed a comprehensive skill set in technical support and system maintenance. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Senior Service Technician at Team AVS from August 2005 to December 2011, where expertise in troubleshooting and client service was honed.
