Joseph Edmund has extensive experience in quality management, project management, and supply chain operations, currently serving as General Manager at BCM Engineering Limited. Since joining BCM Group in October 2008, Joseph has successfully led the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, developed an Integrated Management System, and managed cross-functional teams. As Group Logistics & Supply Chain Manager, Joseph optimized procurement practices and implemented logistics tracking systems. Joseph also played a pivotal role in leading the Pronto ERP implementation across multiple countries. In the current role at BCM Engineering Limited, Joseph drives strategic transformation in engineering operations, focusing on equipment and asset management and developing new revenue streams.
