Ricky Morelli has had work experience at two companies. Ricky began their career at B.B.E as an Advertising Intern in 2016. Ricky later joined BCM Group in 2018, starting as an Intern before progressing to the role of Digital Media Coordinator. As a Digital Media Coordinator, Ricky was responsible for setting up, managing, and reporting on digital campaigns for the agency's clients. Ricky also played a key role in implementing the agency's digital reporting infrastructure on Tableau, resulting in significant time savings for performance reporting. In 2021, Ricky was promoted to the role of Digital Media Planner. Currently, they hold the position of Digital Media Lead at BCM Group, which they assumed in August 2022.
Ricky Morelli completed a Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing) and Engineering (Mechatronics) at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Sunshine Beach State High School from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Ricky has obtained certifications in Yahoo Advanced TV, Amazon Advertising foundations, Amazon DSP Campaigns (Australia), and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals.
