Cassandra Monroe

Cassandra Monroe has worked at Broadview Networks from 1998 to 2007 as a Billing Analyst. From 2007 to the present, they have served as the Director of Billing and Revenue Assurance at BCM One.

Cassandra Monroe obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Capella University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at the College of New Rochelle from 1999 to 2003.
