Kimberly Burns

Kimberly Burns currently serves as an Enterprise Project Manager at BCM One, beginning in March 2023, where the mission is to deliver a World-Class Experience with every interaction. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked at CoreDial, LLC as a Project Manager from March 2019 to 2023. Kimberly's career began at NetCarrier in March 2012, where various positions such as Implementation Manager, Support Manager, Support Supervisor, Implementation Support Supervisor, and Lead Client Services Coordinator were held. Responsibilities included collaborating with sales, agents, engineering, and provisioning teams to efficiently process orders and assist customers. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Filpro from 2006 to 2007.
