Jeanne Duca

VP, Brand & Experience at BCN Telecom, Inc.

In her role as Vice President of Brand & Experience, Jeanne Duca leads BCN brand development and execution of pre- and post-sale enablement programs in marketing, quoting and pricing solutions, major accounts, and customer experience.

Joining BCN in 2016 as Vice President of Marketing, Ms. Duca brought 15 years of knowledge and experience in brand management and channel marketing. Ms. Duca was honored in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 by CRN® as a Women of the Channel for her outstanding leadership, vision, and key role in driving channel growth and innovation. Before joining BCN, Duca led the Channel Marketing team at XO Communications.

Ms. Duca received a B.S. in Advertising from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
