Since June 2019, Erika has held multiple positions at BCP Engineers & Consultants, advancing from Assistant Recruiter to Technical Recruiter and currently serving as Corporate Recruiter. Prior to this role, Erika dedicated over three decades to the dental field as a Certified Dental Assistant with Dr. Robert Reaves / Heartland Dental from June 1987 to December 2021.
