Leland Leahy

Leland Leahy is an experienced civil engineering professional currently serving as an Associate Civil Engineer at BCRA since January 2024. Previously, Leland held positions including Senior Designer at Atwell, LLC, and CAD Director at Beyler Consulting, where coordination of company-wide CAD standards across various departments was a key responsibility. Leland has extensive experience in drafting and design, having worked on a diverse range of projects from educational facilities to high-end residential developments throughout a career that began in the mid-1990s. Education includes an Associate of Arts degree in CAD Drafting and Design from ITT Tech, completed in 1990.
