Chris Coward

Chris Coward has extensive work experience in project management, cost and building consultancy. They held the position of Director of Project Management at Business Critical Solutions (BCS) from October 2022 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Project Management at BCS from May 2017 to October 2022. They also worked at RPS – Project Management, Cost & Building Consultancy (previously DBK) as an Associate Director from November 2014 to May 2017, and from January 2011 to November 2014. At RPS, their specialisms included project management, employers agent, contract administration, commercial risk management, programme management, and working with M&E and data centres. They primarily worked for a leading wholesale data centre provider, overseeing projects such as new build data centres, M&E upgrades, and white space fit outs. Prior to RPS, Chris worked at Workspacegroup plc as a Building Surveyor from August 2005 to December 2010. In this role, they provided expertise in building surveying, technical construction, FM, maintenance, and project matters for the company's extensive portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Chris Coward attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Building Surveying. Chris also holds additional certifications, including a Managerial Finance certification from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), which they obtained in July 2023. Chris has another Managerial Finance certification from the United Latino Students Association, obtained in July 2023. Additionally, Chris has an Executive Mini MBA Accelerator certification from In Professional Development (INPD), obtained in August 2022.
