Richard Wilson

Richard Wilson is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently working at Business Critical Solutions (BCS) since January 2022, where involvement includes managing projects for three European Data Centres with a construction cost nearing €500 million. Prior to BCS, Richard held associate positions at Arcadis UK and ARCADIS from October 2011 to February 2022, and briefly worked as a Chartered Surveyor at EC Harris in October 2011. Earlier roles include leading commercial refurbishment projects as a Director at Constructive Management and overseeing various residential construction projects as an Associate at BPP Construction Consultants. Richard's career began at Shreeves, where projects spanned commercial, education, and retail sectors from August 1988 to July 2007. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University from 1991 to 1994.
