Scott Shearer

Scott Shearer is the COO and Co-founder of Business Critical Solutions, an independent consultancy established in July 2016 to assist CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs in navigating challenges within the mission critical sector. Prior to this, Scott served as a Partner at EC Harris LLP and Arcadis from April 2002 to July 2016, where Scott led Client Service for Data Center and Mission Critical Projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Associate at EC Harris LLP specializing in MEP and Mission/Business Critical Infrastructure Projects, as well as positions as Senior M&E Commercial Manager at Cyril Sweett and Project Quantity Surveyor at Buro Happold Consulting Engineers. Scott Shearer holds a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
