With a current handling capacity of 1 million TEU, the Port of Gdynia’s Baltic Container Terminal (BCT) is the leading container terminal in Poland and one of the largest in the Baltic region.

In June, 2003, International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI), a Philippine based international container terminal operating company, became the owner and operator of BCT by winning 20 years concession for terminal operations. Established in December 1987, ICTSI is widely recognized as a leading worldwide operator, innovator and pioneer in its field.
