Barry Fisher has extensive experience in various management and analytical roles within the defense sector. Currently serving as Requirements Manager and Project Manager at BCT LLC since November 2018, Barry has previously held positions such as Counterintelligence Analyst at Intelligence Analysis, Inc. (September 2017 - November 2018) and Program Manager at Lockheed Martin (June 2014 - September 2017), where responsibilities included HUMINT targeting and program management. Additional experience includes a Program Manager role at Lockheed Martin from March 2012 to June 2013, overseeing a contract with the Defense Intelligence Agency, and serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force (September 2008 - February 2012) as Chief of Policy & Mission Assessment. Barry holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from Florida State University, an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
