Phil Remsberg

Phil Remsberg has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Phil started their career at the National Security Agency in 1966, where they held various positions as a Signals Intelligence professional. Phil then became the CIO Senior IT Planner, responsible for defining and defending the implementation of a new computing infrastructure for the agency. In 2001, they joined CRC/L3 as a consultant. In 2004, they founded Hastings Consulting, LLC, providing strategic IT concepts, technical writing/editing, and support for contract proposal writing. Phil served as the President of the company until 2009. Since then, they have been working as the VP of Strategic Development at BCT LLC.

Phil Remsberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 1967 and 1985. Phil later pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration at American University from 1990 to 1992.
