Lawrence Hibbert

Lawrence Hibbert has been working in the field of consulting, technology, and engineering since 1994. Lawrence began their career at MBS Enterprises as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner. In 1995, they joined Tyco Electronics (formerly AMP, Inc - Advanced Cable Systems) as a Product Engineer. In 1996, they were hired by General Electric, Inc. – CIT/TO as a Network Analyst. From 1997 to 2001, they worked at Merrill Lynch as a Network Services Manager and Systems Engineer. In 2001, they Co-Founded BCT Partners and served as Chief Technology Officer and Managing Partner until 2007, when they became Co-Founder, President and Managing Partner. Throughout their career, Lawrence has focused on providing insights about diverse people that lead to equity, partnering with clients to build organizational capacity, and transforming neighborhoods into vibrant communities.

Lawrence Hibbert's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University from 1990 to 1995, an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University - Newark from 2007 to 2009, and high school from Union Catholic Regional High School from 1986 to 1990. Lawrence also attended Sacred Heart School prior to 1986.
