Stephanie Snider has had a varied career since 2007. Stephanie began as a Relief Key Holder at Lane Bryant in 2007. In 2008, they worked as an Insurance Agent for American General and as a Team Lead, Invoicing and Collections, Administrative Assistant-Collateral Analysis, Vendor Management Specialist, and Expense Specialist for SingleSource Property Solutions. In 2018, they worked as an AR Specialist for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., and in 2019 they were a Finance Analyst for A.C.Coy Company. Since 2014, they have been the Church Administrator for Impact Church. In 2021, they began working as a Business Development Support Specialist for BCT Partners, where their duties include designing, distributing, managing and compiling data requests, developing and managing proposal compilations, collaborating with the Business Development Manager to ensure proposal compliance, overseeing the gathering of team member interests in bidding on opportunities, distributing IDIQ task orders, submitting and following-up on requests for debriefs, managing BD records, contributing to the update and maintenance of the BD pipeline, and organizing meetings.

Stephanie Snider obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Franciscan University of Steubenville between 2003 and 2007. Stephanie also obtained a High Performance Learning Journey Champion certification from Brinkerhoff Certification - for High Performance Learning Journeys (Promote International) in June of 2022.
