Stephen Shimshock

Stephen Shimshock's work experience includes multiple roles in various organizations. Stephen is currently working as the Director of Analytic Solutions at BCT Partners since January 2022. Before this, they worked as an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics at the University of Kentucky starting from January 2020.

Prior to their role at the University of Kentucky, Stephen served as a Policy Fellow and Precision Analytics Lead at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago from October 2018 to January 2020.

Stephen'slongest tenure was at Casey Family Programs, where they held multiple positions. Stephen started as an Operations Specialist at the Technology and Work Experience Center in 1999 and later became the Director of Systems, Data, and Reporting from February 2015 to October 2018. Stephen also served as an Advisor for Practice Technology, leading cross-functional teams in developing technology solutions aligned with the organization's needs.

Additionally, they have experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist at Evergreen Counseling Services, where they provided psychotherapy services, conducted psychological testing, and managed cases in the period of 1998 to 1999.

Stephen Shimshock completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Theory and Composition at The University of Texas at El Paso from 1989 to 1993. Stephen then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling at Chapman University from 1997 to 1999. Finally, Stephen obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Social Science from Tilburg University, which they completed from 2008 to 2012.
