Michelle Douglas is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in SBA lending and operations. Currently serving as SVP - SBA Program Manager at BCT-The Community's Bank since May 2021, Michelle previously held various leadership roles at Sonabank from June 2007 to May 2021, including SBA Operations Team Lead and Vice President of SBA Lending. Prior experience includes the position of Vice President of SBA Lending at Provident Bank from 2004 to June 2007 and VP Commercial Lending at Southern Financial Bank from August 1996 to 2004. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University, where studies were completed from 1993 to 1996, and attended Northern Virginia Community College from 1991 to 1993.
