Jim Kozack

Jim Kozack currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at BCU Financial Group, overseeing strategy and performance across various channels. Previously, Jim held the role of Senior Vice President of Credit Card Portfolio Management at Duo Bank, where leadership was provided for the credit card product and marketing functions. At Home Trust Company, Jim contributed as Vice President of Credit Card, driving customer growth in both credit cards and lending. Jim's tenure at Canadian Tire began as Vice President of Marketing for Canadian Tire Financial Services, where significant revenue and market share growth were achieved, and included a role as Vice President of Customer Programs focused on digital transformation and loyalty initiatives. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University.
