B.G. Young

B.G. Young is currently the CRM Optimization Lead at BCU, where they focus on enhancing customer relationship management strategies. Previously, they served as a Mortgage Loan Officer and a Member Service Specialist at BCU, where they originated loans and supported branch operations. B.G. also has experience as a Branch Manager at Western a Division of Pathways Financial Credit Union, managing daily operations and leading a team to achieve branch goals. They earned a degree from The Ohio State University between 1999 and 2004.
