Bhavna Guglani

Bhavna Guglani is the Chief Digital Officer at BCU since July 2022, leading the Digital Services group to develop and deploy digital products and member experiences, leveraging expertise in the financial industry and emerging technologies. Previously, Bhavna served as a Digital Transformation Consultant, advising on organizational capabilities and fintech partnerships. From February 2009 to May 2022, Bhavna held the position of Senior Vice President, Product at SavvyMoney, significantly contributing to its growth in the consumer credit score market. Earlier roles include Product Manager at HSBC Card Services and Business Consultant at MCMS UK, among others. Bhavna holds an MBA from INSEAD, a PGDM in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.A. in Math Hons. from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
