Mashudu Nemukula

Mashudu Nemukula is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in digital development and systems architecture. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Development at BCX since June 2021, Mashudu provides leadership and strategic support for the design and commercialization of digital platform solutions. Previous roles include Head of Software Development at SoluGrowth Pty Ltd and IT Development Manager at Discovery Limited, where Mashudu played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency using Agile methodologies. With a robust background in technical leadership across various organizations, including Standard Bank Group and Nedbank, Mashudu has successfully managed technical teams, streamlined operations, and ensured the stability of IT systems. Educational qualifications include a BTech in Information Technology from Tshwane University of Technology and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and MCTS.
