NDIPIWE TAPU is currently an IT Change Management specialist at QBurst, focusing on maintaining client database repositories and ensuring proper version control and updates for various systems. Previously, they served as an IT Change Management Lead at BCX from 2019 to 2022, where they contributed to client-specific projects and created user manuals. NDIPIWE holds a degree in Information and Technology Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and a National Diploma in Information Technology: Business Applications from Walter Sisulu University. They also possess knowledge in Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, and software testing.
