Reubin Layman

Reubin Layman has extensive experience in data centre management and infrastructure, currently serving as Managing Executive for Data Centre Environments and Facilities at BCX since November 2015, overseeing 12 data centres across South Africa. Prior to this, Reubin held various leadership roles at Telkom, including Executive Infrastructure Management and IT Director/CIO for Multi-links, focusing on data centre strategy, service design, and operational management. Reubin holds a Master’s degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Higher Diploma in Education from the University of the Western Cape.
